Built by engineers,
trusted by families.

In 1995, civil engineers Mr. Rajendra Sawant and Dr. Ajit Marathe set out to build homes that ordinary families could afford without compromising on quality.

Three decades later, Nirman Group is one of Maharashtra's most trusted names in redevelopment — engineering dreams into reality, one neighbourhood at a time.

Nirman Group was founded on a simple conviction: that integrity, transparency and service excellence are not optional, but the foundation of every structure that lasts. The founders brought civil-engineering discipline to every site, and that discipline still defines the work.

Over the next thirty years, the group delivered more than fourteen lakh square feet of housing across Mumbai, Neral, Nashik, Mahad, Khandala and the Konkan region — affordable homes and enduring ones, for families across every class, in service of a slum-free India.

Thirty years,
measured.

The numbers we keep are the ones a family feels — square feet delivered, years standing behind a building, neighbourhoods rebuilt.

Architectural work representing Mr. Rajendra Sawant's three decades of building

Mr. Rajendra Sawant

Co-founder · Civil Engineer

A civil engineer by training, Mr. Sawant has spent three decades turning redevelopment into a discipline of trust — where every slab, stair and sanction is accounted for.

Architectural work representing Dr. Ajit Marathe's three decades of building

Dr. Ajit Marathe

Co-founder · Civil Engineer

Dr. Marathe brought the rigour of engineering research to the building site, insisting that affordable housing deserve the same structural discipline as any premium tower.

Three things only
thirty years can build.

Redevelopment is not a matter of pouring concrete. It is a matter of trust held over years — with tenants, with the state, with the families who will one day call the building home.

An impeccable record in tenant management and government liaisoning — the unglamorous, decisive work that makes redevelopment possible at all.
